Earley Risers stand competition at SMW21 report from Sean
With our welcome return to Telford we were able to run our stand competitions for the first time since 2019.

Antics cup
The Antics Cup was run a little differently this year to suit the changed circumstances. Unfortunately, Andy, and Antics, were unable to attend the show. Lucky Stu Fone of Airfix Model World magazine kindly agreed to step in and judge in Andy’s place.
For this year the rules of the competition were changed so that all models on the stand were automatically entered at no charge.

Earley Risers Choice
The Earley Risers Choice was very competition this year with 15 different models being voted for out of the 51 on the stand. At the end of voting on Saturday there was a tie for first place between Roger’s Eindecker and Sean’s Sherman DV.
A second round of voting was needed on Sunday in which the Sherman DV came out on top.
